PKKids

Boxing fundamentals, agility, stretching and fitness games in a fun, inclusive environment. Kids are encouraged to challenge themselves in a safe environment and develop skill, learn discipline, and cultivate drive inside and outside the gym.

PROGRAM

  • 45-minute class incorporating punching skill, agility and footwork drills, stretching and mobility
  • Ages 7-14
  • All fitness levels encouraged and accommodated
